Chelsea Midlarsky Buzer
Founder & President
Chelsea Midlarsky is the founder of Insure National and possesses over a decade of experience as a leader in the recruiting and staffing industry.
After graduating from the University of Florida, Chelsea started her career in executive recruitment, building relationships with various top Legal and Business Development Professionals. As her career developed, Chelsea noticed a severe talent gap in the insurance industry and started Insure National to enable much-needed growth in the industry she'd grown so passionate about.
Chelsea is a Co-Chair and original partner of RISE Professionals, an industry networking group dedicated to growing, recognizing, and advancing the best young professional talent in the insurance industry.
